Michael Stein has over 25 years' experience in Nevada representing major national and international companies, financial institutions, regional banks as well as other lenders. Michael's clients have also included owners and buyers of real estate, landlords, tenants, as well as professional licensees, parterships, corporations, limited liability companies, and entertainers. Michael holds an AV Preeminent Peer and Judicial Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Michael's practice includes real estate finance, construction lending, purchases, sales, leasing, and development issues; problem loan restructuring, creditors' right issues, enforcement, foreclosures, and other business and contract law matters. Michael has experience helping companies with disputres involving zoning issues, First Amendment rights, defamation and business disparagement, rights of publicity and common law trademark and service mark rights, deficiency judgment actions, judicial foreclsoures, and real estate. Michael also represents professional license holders before regulatory boards.

While a partner at the prestigious law firm Snell & Wilmer, Michael served as the Las Vegas office's loss prevention and ethics counsel. In 2008, Michael founded Paint the Town - an annual one night only pop-up fine art gala and auction benefiting local charitires. Event sponsors have included Back Bar USA, Zappos, Fiji Water, Snell & Wilmer Law Offices, Clear Counsel Law Group, and the Stein Law Group.

Amit Ben Moshe | Managing Partner

Before forming Ben Moshe & Stein PLLC, Amit served as corporate counsel for a major commercial real estate development corporation where he oversaw all corporate real estate and business transactional matters. During this time, Amit facilitated over $100 million in commercial real estate transactions and provded support for dozens of foreign and domestic entities. Prior to becoming an attorney, Amit worked as a prominent real estate agent who successfully marketed and closed dozens of residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions, as well as retail, office, and industrial leases. Amit regularly placed among the top producing agents at his brokerage.
Amit's practice areas include real estate finance, purchases, sales, leasing, development, business transactional matters, and real estate litigation. Amit is experienced in business development and entity formation, assisting property owners with zoning and entitlement issues and all facets of commercial real estate transactions.

During his law school career, Amit served as the Managing Editor for the UNLV Gaming Law Journal, externed for the Honorable Elizabeth Gonzales of the Eighth Judicial District Court, externed for the Office of the Clark County District Attorney, and worked as a Summer Associate for Caesars Entertainment. In his time at the William S. Boyd School of Law, Amit earned several CALI awards for achieiving the highest grades in his class.
